Fallen off a prescription at Wal Mart. Returned 24 hours later. The person before me was informed to-go speak with 'somebody' since there is an issue along with his insurance. The cashier informs me the same. And so I move speak with somebody in the fall off table plus they advise me that I've no insurance. Hmmmm. I have had exactly the same insurance for 12yrs. I tell him so. He discusses my card and claims no, I'venot had protection for 2yrs. Therefore then he calls the amount on my card to confirm. I wait. Considering, properly its 6pm during the night, I understand they're shut but perhaps there's a unique "after-hours" telephone number for pharmacies. He foretells somebody for just two units then gets off the telephone and claims, "they stated you're not protected." I abandon mad, needing to wait before next day to contact my insurance. I contact them very first thing and clarify the problem. Our insurance claims I'm coated and there should not have now been any issue. I questioned my insurance why he was informed about the telephone used to do not need protection. He explained, "I would like to examine the telephone record." Then he informs me there's no report of the telephone call. Then I inform him it had been at 6pm so its was possibly about the after-hours phone-line. Our insurance informs me, "there's no unique phone-line, there's nobody here after 5pm." WHAT! USUALLY ARE NOT THE HECK WAS HE SPEAKING WITH???

Arrived At think about it I actually donot remember him actually providing my insurance identification# and thus there's NO MEANS he might have been taking a look at my report.

Visited Walgreens and stuffed my prescription NOT A PROBLEM!
