They'll happily take your money, but will NOT stand behind their work

Moon's has been around for a long time. They are suppposed to clean your clothing for a reasonable fee - it's called "service".

But, when they make a mistake and ruin your clothes, there is no responsibility taken at all.
* no conversation
* no return phone calls, which means
* no compensation

I tried 7-10 times to have a conversation with their management, but to no avail.

My strong recommendation is not to use them.
