Airsplat is the WORST company EVER

This company is beyond a joke... I bought a gun for my sone for Xmas (over $100). Upon opening it, it was broken out of the box. We contacted Airsplat and had to send it back on our dime (3 days afte receiving it). Received the "repaired" gun, again broken. After being them taking over a week to answer numerous emails sent and phone calls made, I again sent it back. This time I ordered a different gun that they said was in stock. My son had a big air soft match in a week. Well after 3 days of no shipping confirmation, I called them and they said it was out of stock for months. I tried to get a refund after2 months without a weapon, I asked fora refund and was DENIED. I have tried numberous times to talk to a manager, but each time they rep would not transfer me. Furthermore, they NEVER respond to emails and they take days to call you back. I have since escalted this to the BBB. Never buy through this company!!!
