ACO Employment Services
Has lied to cover themselves. Rip-off!

ACO Employment Agency has accused me of refusing one day of work that was assigned to me. First she could not give me directions herself and told me good luck on finding it and that she was sorry and she knew that I was not familiar with the location of where I was supposed to work. I spent 30 min. Looking for the business finally I had to call the operator in order to get the business telephone number so that I could speak to someone there to get directions to there office but no one answered and I called 4 times and called operator again to make sure that I wrote down the correct phone number. Also I have proof that I made all these calls on my cell phone bill.

Then I called Jennifer with ACO to tell her what is happening and all she said was that she did not know where it was and wanted to know what number I dialed and she did not say anything about it being the wrong number or if it was the right one she just said that they were there. So why are they not answering the phone? Jennifer knew that I was not familiar with area and she was not either so in that case why not give the phone to someone else that could help me or better yet I should not have had to call the operator in order to get the number Jennifer should have given it to me.

I had been laid off from my previous assignment with ACO so I filed my unemployment not knowing how long it would take for me to get another job through them and in soon as I did and they received the papers that is when she called me with this assignment that I was unable to find. So know to keep me from claiming my unemployment ACO claims that I refused work. How can anyone say that someone refused work when they have proof that they tried to call the place where they were supposed to work.

It makes you wonder if it even existed just so that I would not be able to claim my unemployment because she did not contact me with any jobs until after I had filed for my unemployment which makes since. Plus they shorted me two hours off my paycheck from my previous assignment saying that I had left the job two hours early when I did not and the company had three cameras on me so they have proof that I did not leave two hours early. Still I have not received a response on this either.
