Waited a month to get repairs done!

My father-in-law purchased my wife and I, a new GE Washer from H&H Gregg about 3 years ago. Unfortunetly, last month it started leaking water into the aggitator tub, even when it was not running! Luckily, my father-in-law, purchased a 5 year service warranty plan when he purchased it, to cover costs in repairing it! But, he never gave my wife nor I, any paperwork to prove this! So, I stopped in at H&H Gregg, to get a copy of the service warranty plan. I then called the number on the paperwork they gave me, to schedule a repair appt. To have it fixed. To make a long story short, the repair man stopped by and had to order the part that was defective, so he could replace the bad part. It took a week to get the part in! Then, we called the repair man back, to let him know the part was in and to schedule another repair appt. We called several times and left messages, but he never got back with use! So, I called my father-in-law, to see if he could get anywhere with this repair company! He finally did get a hold of someone, to have them come out and repair our washer! All in all, it took 1 month to finally get our washer repaired!
