Ripoff scam fraudulent dishonest Marlboro Maryland

Liberty Wireless contacts you by internet. They tell you that Sprint has offered you a new phone and a contract. They ask you fill out their form and you will be sent the phone and orders on how activate it. They take the money ($106.69) from your account, then send you a email that Sprint would not except your application so they have sent you one of their phone. Then when you try to activate it, it will not work.

The company they got the phones are out of business. They tell you to send it back and they will send you another. I told them not to send another phone an to cancel the order and refund the money. They sent the phone anyway and I sent it back. I called them and was told that I had only 30 min. To cancel the order from the time it was made and I was not going to get my money back and there was nothing I could do about it.
