Ripoff

I order a phone and service from liberty wireless asking for 1000 anytime minutes and free long distance and free weekends and nights. They send me a phone with just 1000 minutes.

I contacted them and told them that was not the serves I ask for and that I wanted a refund of monies. The contract states within 14 days if I was not please with service I could return the phone and receive my refund minus what ever usage I my have incured.

Now they want to charge me 150.00 for ending the the contract early this is not what their policy stated. I paid 128.00 to get the phone and 9.99 shipping and 53.00 to activate. I think something should be done about this company they are ripping people off.
