Ripoff breach of contract threatened me and my family false "claims department" number stole furniture

Two guys came to the packing. They were 6 hours late and hussled me through the paperwork since my new born baby was crying. Half way through packing my stuff, I was told by one of them name David that the cost is going to be more since more space has been occupied. So from an estimate of $1643.00 the total cost went to $2515. After several calls to the company and speaking to one guy who said his name was "Keith", i was left with no choice but to pay since he told me that, they will put my stuff in storage if I don't pay the additional amount.

They were to deliver within 14 business days according to the contract. So after 14 business days I called to find out what was going on. I spoke to someone name "Elad" who said he'll find out and call me back, which of course he didn't. Two days after I called again and spoke to "Chris" who told me that two of their trucks had broken down so they will not be able to deliver on time. They delivered 10 days after. Which was 10 business days late.

One morning at 8 am we got a call stating that our furniture is going to be delivered, 15 minutes after they showed up. We told the foreman whose name was Tony Deso and we want to speak to the company personnel. My husband asked him to give us a discount since they didn't deliver on time. They my husband spoke to was "elad", who said he has to speak to the owner. The owner agreed to give $500 discount. My husband ask for proof that the trucks were broke and he told my husband that "it is non of our business"

We then gave the foreman the money less the $500 which amounted to $682.50. They guy took the money, went into the truck saying he has to do over the contract.intead he took the money and drove off without giving us a receipt or delivering our stuff. We called the police who refuse to intervene stating that it was a civil matter. The owner of the company told the police we didn't want to pay the money so they were going to put it in storage. He said to the police that he didn't agree to a $500 discount. We then gave them the $500.

After the police left they starting taking out some of the stuff from the truck. Then when half the stuff was taken out we told that we have to pay them more money since we delayed them so we had to pay an additional $400. We did pay it. Since they threatened us.

The contract stated full service however they did not put back anything in place nor did they unwrap and reassemble anything. Everthing was dumped in the living room. We told them things were missing and stuff were broken, the foreman then called the office and spoke to "Keith" who give us a number for the "claims department". After delivering the stuff the driver just ran off without giving us a receipt. We then informed the police who came and then my husband signed at that point when we told the driver in the presense of the police that stuff was missing and some damaged, the foreman told us to contact the caliams department. The police asked if we have the number and we said yes.

The next day we called the number and it was the the claims department. The person was speaking a foreign language, I then asked what language is it and he said Hebrew. So I said, if u can't understand english, how come you answered my question, the person then hang up. I called back Coast to Coast movers to ask for the number again and i was told that it was given to me yesterday and if I call again, I will be sued for harrassment. Of course and started to argue with him and then he threatened me, his exact word were "I will send send someone to F* you up".
