Should be renamed WORST CHOICE MOVERS. Ripoff Scam artists and liars running the company. Choose their services only if you want to get totally harrassed and cheated

I checked up better business bureau website and then called this co. An estimator came over, saw all my stuff and gave me an estimate of a little over $900 which included moving, travel and storage charges for 6wks. On the day of the move the foreman looked at the things to be moved and the estimate, said it was fine. After they had put all the stuff on the truck he gave me a bill for $2230. Said the estimator had made a mistake and I had much more stuff so everything was double! On top of it they were charging me $1000 for bubble wrap and tape with which they had taped up my furniture—without asking me or telling me anything if I may add! When I refused the foreman Nathan told me that since everything was on their truck it was legally their property now so I better pay or I would never see my stuff again. We called the office and the manager there was equally RUDE and abusive. We tried to talk to them but they were just adamant. The manager Steven Wise told me that I must have gone shopping and thats why my stuff was much more than the estmated amount and that wasn't their estimator's fault. We had no choice but to just charge it on the credit card—afterall our stuff was going to be in their storage for 6wks.

On the day they came back with the things they arrived at 1.30pm instead of the scheduled 10am. The foreman this time named Victor said that first we would have to sign that everything was in the proper order and then only would he unload. We refused to do that without seeing our things so he locked the truck and said he would drive away with all our stuff. My husband then blocked the driveway with our SUV so that he could not drive off with our stuff. We had to call the cops. It was a total nightmare. WE finally managed to write on the contract before signing that a lot of our stuff was damaged and missing but they unloaded for 2hrs and charged us for 10hrs—supposedly they were stuck in traffic in the morn so we had to pay for that.

THe company is a bunch of cheats and liars. They do tell you something at the onset and then once the stuff is with them they come up with all kinds of extra charges. Lot of our furniture is totally broken and damaged.

If you want to retain your sanity please do not use this company.
