E-moving Won't honor price quote can't get a delivery date poor customer service

I received a quote from Noel at Relocation Time for a minimum of 7000 pounds which came to approximately $3300.00. I agreed to let them do the move from Byron, California to Raleigh, NC.

They loaded items on the truck that they were specifically told not to take and will not return them to my ex-husband.

I have been calling for two months to have them confirm a delivery date. On many occassions, they have left me on hold for 20 minutes or more. Every time I call, they have a different excuse for non-delivery.

Two weeks ago, Eli told me they would be loading my furniture on the truck on Sunday, September 26. When I called on Monday, the 27th to confirm that the truck was loaded, they told me that it would be Friday, October 7th. They also told me that my balance due was approximately 3000.00. I've already given them 2600.00 and that makes the estimate come in at double the quoted amount.

So, still no furniture and no delivery date. They picked up my furniture on July 8. Do NOT use this company.
