8829 club estates way beware - they will not properly inspect your house

This company is awful. Rick went to the house we were purchasing and finished

His inspection in 20 minutes. I kept asking him about the conditions of the

Home. He said it was ok, that he did not find anything but a couple rat

Droppings. I asked him again if it was not an infestation and he said no. I

Asked about other issues and he said that the house was in great condition.

The day before our closing we do a walk through and the house is infested

With rats. There were feces and urine everywhere. Rick also brought a roof

Expert to do the inspection and he said that was nothing wrong with the roof.

During our final walk though we found a gigantic leak on the roof, rotten wood

(so it was already there when he inspected). Do not use this company!
