Placed 2 orders with this company and paid through Pay Pal. I received a kitchen sponge. Thought it was a test shipment. Contacted the company 4 times via their web site email address. Thought maybe it would take 6 - 8 weeks like herbal supplements I get from India. Thank goodness I contacted Pay Pal today, as I only have 45 days to open a dispute which I have done. The company will not respond to Pay Pal so the Dispute has already escalated to a claim. Spent $200. Hope to receive my money back. Have had no problems with internet orders over the last 4 years. Guess I should have paid more attention and researched the company more.
