I'd recommend against performing ANY enterprise with this particular organization. We requested a custom cat litter box hider from Hawkswill and in the operator - Keith Payne. We were recommended that she (yes, a she) required the cash, including delivery expenses, before she began the kitten hider for all of US as she had a need to spend her wood individual for that materials first. A check was delivered for the whole quantity, including delivery - over $700.00 total expenses. She actually named us 2 nights after we requested from her to determine if we'd delivered the check. Keith charged us additional for shipping ($200.00 complete delivery), because it had been delivered to Alaska at that time. We were informed that it'd consider 6-8 months to help make the cat litter box hider. After 2 weeks passed, we named Keith, and we were informed that she was looking after her aged parents, and also the cargo could be postponed. Additional time passed... And much more reasons. Lastly, after several weeks, Keith stated that we ought to be pleased to contribute the cash to her to assist her access it her toes, OF COURSE IF we were great people, we'd do this! I told Keith that people experienced several expenses ourselves, including medical costs, and that I informed her that people needed a reimbursement instantly, or even the product... Her option. After nearly annually, we'd waited long enough! Keith quit addressing the telephone and prevent answering our emails next. We submitted a using the BBB, which had provided her an "Y" score. We approached the Attorneygeneral's Workplace in New York, where she lives, and submitted a together, aswell. We'd need to travel to New York to follow a state in small-claims judge for your $700.00 we're out, and I believe Keith understands that. It's been more than 2 decades today, and we've NEVER obtained the item or perhaps a return. Keith CONTINUES TO BE ongoing to market on her site, therefore ideally, people is going to do some study on websites such as this before they purchase from her. It is a disgrace that she's still running a business, and benefiting from people. Ideally, the Attorneygeneral's Workplace in New York may close her along eventually.
