Will Not Pay For Services They Ordered

Home Choice Plan requested that we do a residential repair under their home warranty program. We did and the customer paid her co-pay. They only owe us $40 but have found various reasons for not paying us. It has now been over 1-1/2 years!

We are given the run-around, that is if we can get through on their phone line. They told me that the check was in the mail, they sent the check to the wrong company in the wrong state and they couldn't pay us until they received their money back, the check would be sent in 3-4 days, no one was available to speak with me, etc.

Do not do work for this ripoff company. I also feel bad for the poor customers who purchase the warranty and wind up with a mechanic's lien on their property for the amount this rip-off company won't pay.
