Deadseakit.com False advertising, fraudulent charges

My husband filled out an on-line customer survey for Redbox. As a thank you he was offered one of three gift options, and he chose the free gift from Deadseakit.com. He was ONLY obligated to pay $5.95 for shipping and handling.

Two and a half weeks later, an unauthorized charge for $89.95 from DS Marketing appeared on my credit card. I immediately called my credit card company to report the unauthorized charge and canceled that card.

I then googled DS Marketing and Deadseakit.com and found the scam reports here on usacomplaints.com. I called my credit card company back and gave them the complaint case report numbers for this company for them to read themselves.
