I was ordering a product from DermaPure offering "No Risk" trial period, and paid $4.95 Shipping for a skin cream. They also offered some collagen pills for $34.95 which I agreed to purchase. It indicated a $5.95 Shipping charge for the pills. Or so I thought.
My credit card statement showed a charge of $5.95 from a different company, which is Deadseakit.com. I still assumed that fee was for the capsules I ordered. I did receive both the capsules and the skin cream, but they came in one package, which made me question the $5.95 shipping cost.

Today, I reviewed my CC statement and saw two pending charges, each for $89.95; one of the charges was from DermPure, and the other one was from Deadseakit.com
I called the phone number listed on my statement for Deadseakit.com to find out what they were charging me for and the dispute the charge. However, a young man answered the phone and told me he was getting a lot of calls for this company, but they made a mistake listing his number, and he said he has nothing to do with that company.

I then called DermaPure and was told by them that they have nothing to do and know nothing about that company or the charges made to my account.

I have not been able to make contact with Deadseakit.com. I have not received any product from that company, nor did I place an order for their product. I am mystified about the connection between these companies, if any, because the initial ordering date is the same for both DermaPure and Deadseakit.com.

I googled Deadseakit.com and that website is totally unfamiliar to me. I do not recognize it nor do I have any recollection of seeing it - let alone ever ordering anything from that company.

Since the charge from Deadseakit.com is "pending" as of today on my CC account, my CC company tells me I must call them back after the charge is posted because they cannot do anything about cancelling or reversing the charge until it is posted. They did, however, reverse the earlier $5.95 Shipping charge. They indicated that they apparently have a bunch of other complaints and these two companies do see somehow connected as the complaints always involved both companies.
