Defective auto part

I purchased air sensor and was faulty. Sent them mail right a means after discovering faulty part. Received reaction after about handful of months. They requested for facts about automobile and code. Sent them. Did not reaction another month. Then again requested for automobile specifics (same task). Sent them again. Did not respond another month. Then after six months they stated we just have one month guarantee

Then I delivered them the very first e-mail details and date. So for never returned in my experience. Seems like it's ripoff.
