Continue to bill after canceling services

When I renewed both of my contracts on 08/31/02 I never received the terms and conditions. The only thing I received was the Wireless Service Agreement Cingular Wireless. So therefore I could not read them.

On 3-27-04 I dropped off my payment at one of the company's stores. The employees told me that my payment (that was due on the same day) would be posted on 03/28/04 with no late charges. Come to find out it was not posted until 04/02/04 which was six days after I dropped my payment off. The way I looked at it your company violated the Fair Credit Billing Act by not posting my payment promptly. Also between 03-28-04 and 04-02-04 I received harassing collection calls from the company, which I did not appreciate. Finally I made sure the company did not charge me a late charge.

The company has some really rude managers working at the customer service number.in June your company charged me for 14 text messages. When I called your company and spoke with a supervisor, they told me it came from your phone we can charge you. Well okay if it came from my phone show me the phone number. I told your supervisor they cannot legally charge me for something that you can not show me the details of the bill. If my phone accidentally dialed a number, then I will pay for it but do not tell me that you can not tell me who I sent a message to and expect me to pay for it.

The next problem I have had with your company is roaming charges in the coverage area. I have family that lives near Greenfield, IN which is in the coverage area. I am being charged when I make phone calls when I am out there. The roaming is coming from South Bend, IN which is not close to Greenfield, IN.

Now my latest problem with the company is as follows. I was talking with a customer service rep (not named) on 09-14-04 on the customer service phone number. I was telling her that your company owes me money for both of my accounts. As you can see from the documentation that your company billed me too much on my first account the company charged me from 09-03-04 to 10-02-04. But my services were shut off on 09-08-04 your company owes me from 09-09-04 to 10-02-04. Also on my second account the company billed me from 08-12-04 to 09-11-04, three days too much. Then the company rep placed me on hold which she transferred me to a supervisor but I was on hold for 20 minutes. Then I hung up and called back and spoke with another representative. She told me that the company can charge me and I have to pay for it because It was part of the terms and conditions. But I say to you if I never received the terms and conditions.
Now when customers open new accounts with any cell phone service they prorate their first bill and make them pay it. Now I feel that you should prorate my last bill because legally you cannot charge me for services that I have canceled.
