We have given them $3,000 to get a home loan from them, that was 4 months ago - still have not closed with no closing date in site

A friend of ours that is a realtor told us about a home loan we could get even though our credit was bad. SCS Private Funding is the supposed marketer of this company.

We gave them $3,500 in May. They have put our closing off time and time again. We had a contract on a house and have lost it. We have been living out of a suitcase and from friend's house to friend's house for 2 months.

Help! What do we do?
