I unfortunately signed a 2 year agreement with Sprint PCS for 45.00 free and clear plan. Free and clear, yeah right. I have had statements that are coming in for over the contract amount. I have had downloads that I have never even purchased show up on my account, true they have been credited, but come on every month I am arguing regarding my bills.

Now, as of Sept. 17 my service was interrupted for supposedly going over my 1000 minutes, which according to Sprints automated service and text messaging service I had well over 160 min remaining, exactly 1 day before my new minutes were to begin.

I have had completely false billing statements come to me that were never even reflected on my bills to begin with. My contract, bought at a Best Buy, was read thouroughly, and there was no small print and absolutely no mis understanding on my part. Now, I have been resolved to file with the BBB, FCC and the FTC. So far the FCC has been the fastest in responding. I recommend to anyone that if you sign with Sprint PCS, you are signing with an argumentative, un-cooperative, deceiving, fradulant company.

To date their customer service is as rude, and as incompetent as ever and now I have no phone service and a bill that I will continue to wage war against until I see that justice is done. So far my bill is approximately 270.00 with my current bill of 80.00 paid and these other charges absent from the bill. This is the second time this has happened and the last time, Sprint can take their customer service and their commercial lies and put them up their #!
