They claim to find names and addresses if you request a reverse phone number look-up.
When I plugged my listed phone number in, they declared it un-listed but would supply the data for a fee. I went to my phone book and picked a number at random, when I entered this number, they indentified it as an un-listed Cell phone. Never thought cell phones were listed in the ohone book! But they would identify the owner of the number, again for a fee!
