I purchased a portable air conditioner fron BJ'S on-line. After 1 hour of the first use it began to leak all over the floor. I contacted BJ's and they stated I would have to go through manufacture (Royal Soveign) R. S was contacted and they said they send shipping labels to send it back to them. After 1 week no labels came. I contacted them again and they told me to take the unit to New England Appliance Repair 36 Benefit St. Pawt. R.I., as they would honor the warranty. I took the unit on 7-2-12 and explained the problem. On 7-13-12 I received a phone call that is was ready to be picked up. They stated the drain pan needed adjusting but the unit needed to be emptied often.

I took the unit home and after approx. 2 hours it began to leak all over the floor. I contacted R.S. Again. This time they e-mailed me shipping labels. Upon reading some reviews about this particular air conditioner (none that were favorable), I told R.S. I wanted my account to be credited. I sent the unit back by Fed-Ex on 7-19-12. R. S stated that they would send the machine out for repairs. I told them it already was sent out for repairs and once again stated I wanted my account to be credited. After several unansewered phone calls I decided to make a claim. They now how the air conditioner and my money. I want my money back PERIOD.
