Ripoff, saying ordered off the internet, lying, dishonest, verizon cant even give a phone numbe

I am writing hoping to inform people of this company. On my verizon bill I receive a charge for 12.95 plus taxes for a USA Voicemail charge. I never ordered this service, so I called the 800 number they put on the bill, this 800 number takes you into verizon and they dont know much about this company other than they can give you a number that is a fax. When you type in the name of the company it plugs you directly into here. I just wonder how many people pay their bill without even paying attention. And how much money is this company making every month on the innocent.
