Beware of being placed anywhere by this company. They do not fully vet the companies they work with for financial health and make guarantees they have not researched regarding these companies. I was placed at a company by TTS in an executive level position and after a full month of work, the company was unable to meet my wages.

In June Marc Zarella of The Talent Specialists contacted me to interview at Transmyt Marketing. The job interview he sent me on was not at all applicable to my resume (I am an executive level marketer and the interview was for a website developer). Once there, the CEO, Jeremy Mays, based on my experience and skill set became interested in hiring me for a Director of Marketing position. Marc Zarella contacted me regarding this position. I asked in email and on the phone if this company could truly afford my $80K salary. He warranted that they could. They have worked with them before and TTS has a "screening process" for the companies they work with.

I went to work for Transmyt on July 1. They failed to ever provide an employment agreement although I repeatedly requested one. They also failed to pay my wages and claimed they had financial trouble although in the first month of my employment, I brought in 1 contract from my own personal network worth more than $24K and I assisted on another contract worth more than $11K as well as working on cultivating other sales and executing on production and marketing related tasks including a set of systems that helped them to produce more stable and effective campaigns and websites faster and at a lower cost.

When the company failed to pay, I reached out to Marc Zarella who initially seemed to help however, I later discovered he was a personal friend of the CEO and his idea of helping was to negotiate that my 1 month of work as an employee and the client I brought was worth $2500. Both Transmyt and TTS tried to renegotiate my employment terms (fully documented in emails) then tried to call me a contractor then said i was never hired to work for Transmyt. The situation was bizarre at best and wholly unprofessional on the parts of TTS and Transmyt and many of the conversations involved screaming and yelling at me. This was obviously unacceptable to me. I have since filed legal action and non payment of wages against the company I was placed at Transmyt.

I do not recommend working with TTS in any capacity as they DO NOT do any due diligence on the companies they work with.
