Carleads - usa, netgains llc, mycarloan. Tv rip-off no company just a scam oregon

The company that was at first known to us as carleads-usa faxed over to our unnamed dealership pricing for leads which is not uncommon in the automotive business. There prices were a few dollars per lead less than the company we are currently using. We had to pay for the leads up front which we were hesitant about. They wanted over five thousand dollars for about 600 leads. After much negotiating we agreed to do a starter deal and pay 1500 dollars for 150 leads.

Once we had paid the money no leads came in. They were promised to us within a 48 hour period. The company then would not answer or return any phone calls.in emails they kept promising another day or two. 3 weeks later we recieved a batch of leads from them and after calling the customers found out that they were 3-4 months old and these people had already purchased cars months before. Now we were running the credit of individuals that did not want their credit run even though the emails I aquired gave permission. We still have no contact with the company and have requested multiple times the return of our money.
