Miscellaneous

I was first contacted by Fidelity Merchant Solutions (FMS) in March. I was hesitant to start a business with them but I agreed to start the business on March 23 and paid $295.00 to start the business. It was at that time that I was told to purchase business leads for a price of $5000.00. My designated coach from FMS recommended them and said that he made lots of money from business leads and that I would see a return on investment within 6-9 months. I was excited of course so I did it. The total amount of leads I purchase was 2000 live calls, which according to FMS was a very good deal. Over the course of the next 6 months I spoke with FMS many times and had good communication with them regarding the status of my submitted leads, which was approximately 20 companies, and the purchased leads of 2000. The individual I spoke to regarding the status of my leads was Heather Leach from a company called the Pinnacle Card Network. My coach was named Josh Adams (#6026889565) and he said he worked for the company for several years and made hundreds of thousands of dollars from the purchased leads over the years. I was like many people that got scammed by this company, all in and really tried to make it work to the best of my ability. I disputed with the company in October about not getting the 2000 leads I originally purchased and submitted a dispute with the BBB. Eventually the company agreed to provide me with the rest of my 2000 leads but I have yet to hear anything back to them about the status of those leads. If you can help me get some money back I appreciate it.
