Ripoff, dishonest return policy, terribly rude sales team, scam

This company prides itself on "the best online shopping experience" and it's "100% Satisfaction Guarantee and No Hassle Return". This is a scam. I have received nothing but hassle from this company. The product was very poorly made and the sales team were incredibly offensive when I tried to return the product.

After the worst online shopping experience that I have ever encountered, the company offered to return the product if I pay for the return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. This would cost me double the price that I paid for the product and they are quite aware of this.

This company should be closed for its fraudulent misrepresentation of their return policies and their ridiculous attempt at customer service. I would rather build a doghouse than go through this experience again.
