Jorge Fagundes Modern day con artist who sells crap properties under the "no money down BS con"

Be warned if you so business with Jorge fagundes or any of his BS companies you will get screwed. He is a shady character with a massive ego and little else to back it up. He will sell you out for a dollar. He sells the promise of making money on real estate but really you end up with a heavily inflated valued property that is put together in duct tape and glue.

He hires the cheapest labor around to do the sh*ttest work possible and then scam you out of as much money as possible. He is the Bernie madoff or Pittsburgh real estate. There is nothing at all decent about this guy. He cheated on his pregnant wife, dead beat dad and put a few of his friends into bankruptcy. If you meet this guy, either walk away or do the world a favor and tune him up. Karma is a b*tch and hopefully his ends with a jail cell.
