My opinion is that Rick Carlson of Ace Business Brokers is not an honest person. My business partner and I hired him to sell our business and we stressed the importance of keeping the sale quiet. We trusted this guy.

Everything was fine and dandy for about 2 weeks then people posing as buyers started showing up at our office unannounced and we started getting weird phone calls in the middle of the night and then we started getting strange hackers on our website.

I believe this guy has some kind of tie to international thievery. All of our employees found out we were selling and left the company and we're faced with closing our doors.

Our company was in good shape before hiring this guy. Be very careful. He is a smooth talker with all the industry language down pat...

We are looking into a private investigator and maybe an attorney to find out if he has done this to anyone else.
