Terrible and expensive bed, bad customermservice

I will absolutely never shop at sitnsleep in my life again!
My husband and I purchased a $4000 bed after laying on so many. After some weeks went by we noticed the bed getting extremely soft. Soon, a cradle was being formed into the areas in which we sleep. The bed began to be so bad that my husband started to have extremes back pain and wound up in the e.R. For inflammation. We went to sitnsleep and ended up buying a firmer bed that was more expensive and paid the 20% restocking fee. When they arrived to switch out themattresses they found a very small stain, very unnoticeable and refused to take the bed back. We cancelled our new order and are out 4000 for our horrible old expensive bed.
Why would they even charge a 20% restocking fee... Is someone else going to buy my used bed?
Shady business... L
So every disappointed in the lack of care of our health.
