Certified relocations inc beware! Biggest liars and thieves ever!

Travel Van Lines, Certified Relocations Inc, Certified Van Lines... I am not even sure WHICH company actually serviced my move - Travel Van Lines provided my estimate, my receipt was issued from Certified Van Lines, my movers showed up in a rented Budget truck and my delivery driver was with yet another company!

I received a binding estimate for my move which included an exact list of items that I was moving. I was already finished packing, so I knew all that I had. The price was fair and I was assured if I communicated any changes, my price was to remain the same. Just before my move day I sold off 5 larger furniture pieces. However, when the foreman arrived at my home on moving day he immediately informed me that I had WAY more items and my price then tripled! Since I had to be out of my old place that day, I had no choice but to let them complete the job. I paid for half of the inflated price and set out for my new place expecting my things in 7 business days.

That is when the waiting began. On the 7th business day, I still had not heard from the company and began calling the office. Each time I called I was either not answered, told to call "dispatch", etc. But never told where my items were. Once the 20th business day approached, I finally reached a person, the "owner" Ofir Morelevi, who told me my items were on the way and that I needed to have cash on hand for the driver of the balance that was due on my shipment.

Several days later I get a call from my "driver" who said he would deliver my things in an hour. I was originally told I would have at least 24-48 hours notice, so thank goodness I was home. When the driver arrived, he demanded payment and then proceeded to unload my severely damaged and broken items from his truck. Most of my furniture was no longer usable and so not worth what it cost to have it all shipped across the country. When I went through the remaining boxed items I noticed I was missing MANY of them (about 10 - its hard to know for sure because so many boxes were so badly damaged as well).

I took pictures and emailed them to customer service and asked for claims help. Again, I was given the runaround when I called for help. I started to do my homework and have realized these guys are doing this very same thing to so many others. I am still waiting on resolution for all the inconvenience, damages and lost items - and we won't even start with the total OVERCHARGING that took place!

I cannot rewind time, or replace the items I lost in this move, but hopefully can help others avoid the overall hassle and headache and URGE them to FIND ANOTHER MOVER BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!!
