Didn’t send me confirmation lette

I taken care of the check from Genesys Biotech. I paid $74. They didn’t send me confirmation notice. Then I came across they charged me additional $250 and that I don’t understand what for. I named to my lender and quit the deal. They're therefore selfish to grab cash this way!
