Performance Stratigies, Inc., Crosspoint Communications, Performance Direct, Bill Cox refuses to pay invoices $24,000 due for services for Printing and Mailings Services

Bill Cox was an owner previously of our company, and was asked to leave due to his unethical practices. Due to the economy in 2011 he asked to use our services and promised to do things the right way. He ran a few small jobs and paid for these. Then Bill Cox ran up $24,000 worth of invoices and refused to pay. He said he was closing his company and we should try to collect. He keeps closing companies and opening new ones in different names.

He also collaborated on a job for Adler Planaterium in Chicago and after we completed the job for the customer and billed them he called them and told them to to send the check to them instead of to us. So basically he stole our money. We know of atleast 8 other companies that he has done this to. Beware of Bill Cox There is another complaint on this site for similar. If you have experience with this man we will be happy to collaborate on any action against him.
