David Burda, Owner Sexually harrassed me at work asking me to lift my shirt up

I was helping a customer at Party Max in Boardman, Ohio. We were out of stock and i went to the back wharehouse to check on overstock and was cornered by the 2 nd shift manager who asked me if I was carrying a weapon. Then the owner of the store came and cornered me in the back room and asked me the same question. I carry my hairbrush in my pants everyday and now I'm being accused of carrying a weapon. I couldn't believe what I was witnessing.

I felt extremely threatened by the owner who was in my face and kept sexually harrassing me to pull my shirt up. I told him no... He asked me 3x to pull my shirt up to expose myself. And said that I coundnt work at his store unless I exposed myself to him.

David Burda has a record of sexually harrassing women in his office and referring to women as 'bitches'. He has even pulled out his pocket knife on us during work hours and claimed to have been joking.

He told the managers that he would never make me manager even though I have my MBA and 15 years in corporate because I'm slow, black and further stated he wouldn't even hire me to clean his bathroom. I do plan to seek justice and put a stop to this inequality and unfair treatment.
