Toothpicks and Broomsticks Engraved sign rip off

I have been waiting far more than my colleagues two years. Same MO. I heard the family excuse and many more including having to drive to Michigan to pick up a new engraving machine. I live close so I was able to badger him into doing 2 of the three wall hangings ordered. Have not gotten the third a $70 value. Went by the address as recently as 7/26. He seems to have cleared out. I see he's working farther afield. No wonder!
