I ordered a custon-made wooden house sign from this guy at the Berekely Springs Apple Butter Festival in Berkely Springs, WV on October 8. Payment in full was due up front. To date. I have received nothing. Emails and calls to him go unanswered. This guy is a FRAUD. Stay away.
