Ripoff Customer Service representatives are rude unprofessional and have trouble forming complete sentences

This is an attempt to expose the limited resources of International Wig to meet consumer needs with efficiency and professionalism.

After receiving my order, I was generally satisfied. The hairpiece I received was meant to be used in a stage performance. Although it was fine, I began to think that the more expensive piece I had seen on the website may be even nicer. I remembered seeing something about their return/exchange policy online and attempted to view it again. This time, there may have been something wrong with my computer or connection.in any case, I could not view the lettering on the link, as the background color was the same as the lettering, making it nearly invisible.

I contacted the customer service personnel and asked for assistance. I received nothing but a flippant response. On my second attempt, I asked that the supervisor be informed of my request. After a few exchanges, I felt that I was dealing with people of limited education and people skills. All e mails from International Wig contained poor spelling and syntax, incoherent, incomplete sentences, and little smiley faces. (?)
I realized that I was getting nowhere.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which was fruitless. The amount of money I lost was minimal, and I am about to leave the country for an extensive concert tour. Therefore, I have now decided that taking legal action would not be worth my time.

Instead, I would like to post this complaint and alert consumers to similar stories from other victims of International Wig. People have been cursed at, as well as ripped off, by this second-rate operation. A case against International Wig is on file with the Better Business Bureau, and will remain on record for three years.

I would advise anyone not to use this company.
