Work for company for about 3 years. Was geting paid on time at first and than it was a month before i was getting paid than 3 months and now it been over a year. I file a small claim suit and won $3000.00 plus interst but have not goten a penny yet. The court told me if i know there bank name or account they will get it out of there account. But i dont know it. But thank we have a class action law suit. If we can fine a law to take it. Because it so many people that they refuse to pay. But if any of you know there bank name of accout please let me know if you have and old check sub it schould be on it. Or if any way you know of any legal way i can get the money the court award me. Plase let me know
