Ripoff: Trying to collect money and I don't even have a contract with this company

Cingular Wireless with their great wisdom got my name and address somewhere somehow and sent me a cell phone and bill for $100.10 When I called this company and told them I don't want their services they said send back the phone and every thing would be taken care of. So I did, phone sent back un-open. Low and behold, another bill came but this time it was for $54.11. When I called Cingular the 2nd. Time, they told me it was for usage during the time I had the phone. I tried to tell them that the phone was sent back un-open. I have documents showing that they received the phone back. I have 2 bills showing no usage, no phone numbers called, no times or dates that I used the phone.

I did get a letter from the office of the president. It said that if I don't pay them the $54.11 it will be turn over for collection.

No contracts, No cell phone, Only a letter from the president of Cingular Wireless demanding his $54.11 or else. All I can say to that is: God bless America.
