I bought a Stihl chainsaw March 22 and had utilized it 3-5 instances when I observed there to be always a possible motor issue. I got the tool back again to the seller who delivered it down to Stihl to look at. They returned having a dedication that it'd charge more to correct the tool than what I'd taken care of it. I approached Stihl to determine what my choices were. They advised me that because it was a couple of months out-of guarantee, they'd TAKE-NO actions to assist me. This is actually the kind of customer support you are able to expect from their website. Today I've no chainsaw, I'm out $300.00, and Stihl won't provide any help. NEVER again am I going to buy something from their website.
