Declined payoff when i provided proof of documents

My had life insurance for almost 2 years an he went missing June and was found dead Feb. I was told to send police report of missing and death certificate. Globe insurance didnt pay after sending all documents because he was killed within 2 years of insurance. That was not explained and is not right, knowone knows when they are going to die. This pdut me in a financial bind and I had to borrow money from several people to lay him to rest. I want something done about this.
