DataLynk, LLC should be shut down! This company had a sales rep in Georgia come out to my business and sign me up for a business app - so customers can have my app on their smartphones. The day I signed up, that evening I had over $200 taken out of off my business debit card by them and I couldn't believe it. I called and called and called and called, then on day 3. Someone finally answered. I told the person who I was and that I demanded a refund. They hung up the phone on me! That same evening, I get an email from the admin email at DataLynk which simply says - I have to build the app on my own. What the f? How am I suppose to do that? I then call tech support and the same no answer for days!!! Does this company even exist? They clearly ha e no idea what they are doing, but charging us like they do. This company states they build the app for you, and don't. I run a service center for automobiles, building apps is not my profession.
