Ripoff

After months of arguing with cingular wireless customer "i don't"care reps, i am at my wits end. I was charged $511.88 in roaming charges when i was told by an employee who is still employed with them lied to me.in my dealings with cingular, in my opinion, they employ the biggest liars and idiots in the world. My opinion only. How can these companies keep getting away with ripping customers off? I sent two certified letters to their office of the president about my issues and they basically answered me by reporting me to risk management alternatives. Who happens to be a rip-off in my eyes too. Threatening to forteclose on my house, vehicle, take me to court... If you're on this site, you know the whole nine yards. I had made a $75 payment towards it last month and they marked me as refusal to pay. I told the collection agent, take me to cort, throw me in jail, i don't care. You won't get a penny out of me. She herself told me stories like mine are a dime dozen. They lie to everyone and only the smart catch on. Obviously in reading the complaints, i see i am not alone in this wireless rip-off they call a business.
