I thought I am the only one victim of her job. I came here in US as a seasonal H2B working visa on March. Before my I-94 is going to expire December my Employer told us that they are not going to extend our visa anymore because they don't have work to give. That is why I find another employer to extend my I 94. And that I found this Filipina woman Loreta Paligutan who lives in Orlando FL. She told us and promises us to extend our I-94 and give us work because she has alot of work to give, but everything is a Lie. After how many days and months there is no result of our extention and we pay her already $650 for the extension. Until now I have no Idea were is she we cannot contact here and i have no Idea what is going on in my I-94 extension.
