AKA, Flowers Forever ripoff anniversary flowers, charge account, but never delive

My husband order me flowers for our anniversary to be delivered to the police station where I work. He called me several times throughout the day, "just checking on me." By the end of the day, he finally had to ask if I had been told I had a delivery of flowers. The flowers never came.

My husband got the number for this company out of the phone book. He used our check card to purchase the flowers. The card was charged, but no flowers were ever delivered.

He has called for several days to the number he placed the order from, but keeps getting an answering machine. He even got on the internet and called their coorporate company, where he also had no luck at resolving this issue.

I have filed a police report for credit card abuse with my department. I encourage all victims to do the same. Also report them to your local credit reporting agencies.
