Took our money and told us we were on the GSA Schedule and we never were!

Joe Breen Consulting offers to guide companies through the process of getting on the GSA Schedule. So we hired him to do just that. After over a year of working with him he told us we were approved and gave us a GSA number. It turns out this GSA number didn't exist. The GSA had no record of us even applying to be on the schedule.

Once I contacted him, he gave me the run around and told me something didn't go through with the e-offer system. He then gave me a control number - again fake. I verified all of this with the GSA. Do not do business with this man. I also confirmed the information below:

Mr. Breen plead guilty to two counts of larceny in the 1st degree on 3-5. Mr. Breen was prosecuted by the Statewide Prosecution Bureau of the Chief State's Attorney's Office in Rocky Hill Connecticut. You can find him under docket H13W-CR07-0142538-S. This took place in Enfield Superior Court, GA13. He received a ten year jail sentence (execution suspended) probation 3 years. Mr. Breen was also ordered to pay $44,000.00 in restitution.
