Never paid in full with Goodwill

I recently requested employment with Goodwill in my own hometown and was declined employment despite the fact that I've a degree several careers and far instruction due to a 2001 confidence for legal deviate misconduct (a gender cost). I understand to get a proven fact that the Goodwill organization enables the hiring of felons, then why don't you me? I've the knowledge and also the push.in my experience this appears like I'm being designated. Is That This Goodwill sexist likewise? I've settled my debt to culture, simply not Goodwill I suppose.
