Sarah's personality is exactly what you would imagine a great fictional writer's would be. She is sweet and will tell you everything you want to hear. She convinces you she is worth every penny of her over priced services.

Sarah Kimmel arrived to our house on time to take beach photos of my entire immediate family. She has only a few standard positions and the rest of the photos are of your (the customers) suggestions. She will ask you several times if you are done as if she uses the power of suggestion to leave.

We kept her with us for less then an hour. I tipped her $20 and asked her how long until we receive the pictures on disk and when the will be posted online for purchase. She said firmly " 3 weeks".

My wife contacted Sarah Kimmel just before 3 weeks time had past to make sure she was on schedule. We heard nothing from her. We left several messages for a an additional week past the respective date and finally I received a call from her with a promise that the site would be up in 48 hours and the disk will be in the mail at the same time.

The site was not up by the time she promised now over 1 week past due. My wife and I left several messages and without response. A week later (2 weeks past due) we received a link with our names but no pictures. We spent an additional 5 days leaving messages with no response by the time we finally got the link with pictures. This is now almost 3 weeks past due and still no disk.

The pictures lacked talent and obviously show little direction. The site had several doubles and were posted with no order as if she threw the photos in the air and posted them as they fell...

We are now in the second week of July and still no disk and no response. The pictures were taken the week before Memorial day.

Buyer Beware: In the state of NY, there is a limit on the time you can take action on small claims. If you are out of state, I recommend paying the $250 for counsel to take on the suit from beginning to end. Also, the Internet speakers volumes as Sarah Kimmel knows. She has tried to inadate the www with her information to thin out the bad reviews. They are plentiful if you look hard enough. I plan on using every tool available to the limits of the law to make sure this does not happen to others. I also have friends that live in the community so rest assure, the spoken word will travel fast amongst her peers.
