Vacation Tree Timeshare sale scam

This Company listed our time share at the market value at the time of $13000. I questioned it at the time as it seemed high. They assured me that that was the going rate. We were told that if they did not sell in 10 months they would buy it at market value. We had to wait over 12 months before they would accept a letter stating that we wanted an offer and we would have to wait 10 weeks which ended up being about 15 weeks. They are now saying that market value is $147.95. They show comparisons from Ebay auction sales as the comps. Total ripoff. I hope they get theirs as we will be pursuing legal course of action.
