Them buying your timeshare at "market value" if you can't sell it is a big time scam

I listed my timeshare for sale and paid the gold star fee. The gold star is if my timeshare doesn't sell within a certain time frame they will pay market value for my timeshare. Of course it didn't sell and I requested an offer from them on my property. It took them 5 months after many phone calls to even send it to me and it was for $1.42. Yes you read that right One dollar and 42 cents. They included pages from a website that shows similar amount of points being bid on and sold for one dollar. That is also before the $500 transfer fee, so I would pay them 499 dollars to take my timeshare.
